 The Reference Series

Clearaudio's turntables are crafted to meet and surpass the highest expectations a music lover can hold. They will uncover nuances of a performance which you have never heard before. Natural, undistorted sound is the signature of Clearaudio's Master Reference turntable.

Beauty in design, high quality materials and resonance-avoiding construction have won Clearaudio international acclaim as one of the premier manufacturers of analogue products. Hi-fi magazines all over the world have found our turntables have set the standard for which analogue replay should be measured.

The Anniversary

While theThe Reference majority of High-End quality turntables seek to isolate the platter by suspending a sub-chassis with springs, Clearaudio's "Reference" turntable makes use of the fact that the geometrical shape of a body has a fundamental influence on how it vibrates. Damping of vibrations is achieved by choosing an effective shape and through the choice of materials with particularly good damping properties. The platter is carved out of a solid block of acrylic. Naturally, the platter is precisely balanced to the very close tolerances required. Contrary to conventional solutions, the platter of the Reference has been suspended on an inverted bearing.

The Anniversary comes with the industry leading 10 year warranty. Many arm/table packages are available. Please contact your authorized Clearaudio Reference dealer for more information on available packages.

Master Reference AMG Wood CMB

The Master Reference AMG is a small miracle of mechanical science — and yet, it is more than that: to be a true masterpiece, it had to be designed and crafted with true devotion. Beyond beauty and precision engineering, it is something else: passion.

Three stand-alone motors, synchronized with the Accurate Power Generator, ensure extremely low wow and flutter figures. The resonance-minimizing form of the Master Reference ensures absolute mechanical quietness. The precision-turned silicon/acrylic platter rests on an inverted ceramic magnetic bearing (CMB), guaranteeing a long and trouble-free life. The Master Reference accepts up to three tonearms at one time. Clearaudio has designed a new parallel-tracking tonearm, the Clearaudio TT-2. It is a thorough development of the long-established Clearaudio TQ-I arm. Superb mechanical design and precise production provide the foundation for a cohesive, dynamic sound throughout the complete musical spectrum.

The Master Reference comes with the industry leading 10 year warranty. Many arm/table packages are available. Please contact your authorized Clearaudio Reference dealer for more information on available packages.
